In April 2022, a baked sweet potatoer vending machine appeared at Hirosaki City Hall. It seems that Fuji Motors (Sakaizeki, Hirosaki City), an automobile parts sales company in the city, planned it for the purpose of supporting the employment of people with disabilities and installed it on the 6th. The packaging and replenishment of baked sweet potatoes, which are rich in dietary fiber and good for excreting, are sweet and delicious. (Support for persons with disabilities, support for children with disabilities, welfare for the elderly, etc.)) In 1970, the “Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities” was enacted, which transcended the types of disabilities. In 1993, the revision of the law enacted the “Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities,” which is the basis of measures for persons with disabilities. It seems that it had a great influence on the way of the measures after that because it clearly defined the mental disorder and brought about the formulation of the plan for the disabled. The 2004 revision of the law stipulates that discrimination against persons with disabilities should not be made as a basic principle, and it is obligatory to formulate plans for persons with disabilities in prefectures and municipalities. The “support fee system” that came into effect in 2003 aims to provide user-oriented services by allowing users to select their own services and use them based on contracts with businesses. The “home support” service is being enhanced. The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan aims to realize a society in which anyone, regardless of disability, can find employment opportunities according to their abilities and aptitudes and lead an independent life in the community. It seems that people with disabilities who use the facilities of “Comprehensively promoting employment measures for a certain person” will do it. It seems that there are two types, HOT and COLD. I don’t know the varieties, so why don’t you contact me if you are in the vicinity or if you are interested? On April 6, 2022, in Hirosaki Park, Roto zakura (the place of origin is unknown. It is said that it was introduced when the Russo-Japanese War triumphed, or it came from China’s “Lu no Kuni(It refers to the southern part of Shandong Province, China, and seems to be used as an abbreviation for the entire Shandong Province. Lu as a prince was a country that existed in the Chinese continent during the Zhou, Spring and Autumn, and Warring States periods)”. It seems that it was planted in the Prefectural Nagano Library (currently Nagano City Nagano Library). It seems that it is popular as the earliest blooming cherry blossom in Nagano City); Amygdalus davidiana (Amygdalus persica or David) peach) seems to entertain the visitors by making the flowers bloom. It seems that the peach companion Amygdalus davidiana bloomed in the morning at the picnic square in the park. It was cheerful yesterday and about 30 flowers were in bloom in the afternoon, which seemed to entertain the visitors. In Hirosaki, it is said that Prunus yedoensis blooms two weeks after the flowers bloom. Company Profile: Fortunately, this Tsugaru 1-yen coin, where the company is set up, is the most suitable land for growing apples. This apple, which has been cultivated from its predecessors for generations, has created a unique culture through the tireless efforts of farmers, and has grown into an indispensable industry that influences the economy of Aomori Prefecture. From the standpoint of the seller, it is our duty to deliver safe, safe and delicious apples to everyone who loves Aomori apples nationwide. In order to send better quality products from here in Aomori, it is said that it will continue to aim to maintain freshness by developing its own refrigeration technology and to produce high quality products by thorough fruit selection technology. apple mate; We have been working on the development and improvement of our own refrigeration technology every day to keep the apples fresh and to ship high quality products. CA refrigeration is indispensable for long-term refrigeration of the apples. CA refrigeration(A storage method that further suppresses the respiration of apples by storing at a low temperature of 0 ° C and adjusting the air composition.)is a refrigeration technology that artificially changes the oxygen concentration in the air, suppresses the respiration of apples, and maintains the quality for a long time. By finely allocating all 46 CA refrigerators, it is possible to realize appropriate refrigeration management for each product type and to flexibly respond to customer needs such as shipping time, product type, and quantity. It seems that freshly procured apples and once packed apples should not simply be placed in the CA refrigerator. We will make the best use of the 46-room CA refrigerator and manage it while finely tuning each variety and harvest time. This work has been involved in CA technology from an early stage and is based on the know-how cultivated over many years, and is the part where our uniqueness is most apparent. I heard that this will enable us to deliver fresh and delicious apples even in July and August. “Hirosaki City”, Located in the western part of Prefecture, it is famous as the third largest city in the prefecture after Aomori City and Hachinohe City in terms of population. It is an inland area with a total area of 524.12 km2 and overlooks the Hakkoda mountain range in the Ou Mountains to the east. It has the highest peak of Mt. Iwaki called “Tsugaru Fuji Apples” in the west, and the Shirakami Mountains, which is registered as a World Heritage Site, straddles Akita in the south. In the plains, it originates in the Shirakami Mountains(The season for mountain hiking in the Shirakami Mountain Range has come with beech trees shooting buds!). The Iwaki River, a first-class river with the largest basin area in the prefecture that flows into the Sea of Japan via Jusan Lake, flows north for about 30 km. The Hirakawa River and Aseishikawa River meet, and the fertile and vast Tsugaru Plain in the basin forms one of the best grain-producing areas in Aomori Prefecture. In the small hills around the plain, there is a 5.44 km2 orchard that produces about 40% of the core agricultural products, apples. The forest area stretches around the orchard and becomes an area blessed with a lush natural environment. Overview of my favorite Hirosaki city(Takaoka; Iwaki Town); During World War II, the war ended after avoiding war damage. Developed as a cultural city based on numerous cultural heritage represented by castles and cherry blossoms and a blessed natural environment. Merged with 12 surrounding towns and villages in 1955 and 1957. Aiming to become the largest apple-producing area in Japan, a garden city of apples and rice. The population is declining, the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, and the daily living area is expanding. Responding appropriately to these issues as the environment surrounding rural areas changes drastically; I hope that it will be a comfortable city for everyone to live in. As we now face a new age of population decline and an aging society, small and medium retailers and other businesses that are rooted in their individual communities are asked to try new projects and new system development in order to work for the realization of a society in which it is comfortable to live and lives are rich. The sense of cardboard in the photo is outstanding. Indeed, a survey of people’s views regarding the importance of city centers reveals that providing a “hospitable environment for the elderly to live” is considered to be one of the most important roles of city centers. “Hirakawa City”, It is located at the southern end of the Tsugaru Plain in the southern part of Aomori Prefecture. Towada City and Kosaka Town, Akita Prefecture, bordering Towada Lake in the east. The west borders Hirosaki City and Owani Town across the Hirakawa River. To the north are Aomori City, Kuroishi City, and Inakadate Village. The south is an anchor type adjacent to Akita Prefecture, with a total area of 346.01 km2. The terrain is part of the Tsugaru Plain and has fertile soil geology suitable for agriculture. Flat land used as a paddy field and hills at an altitude of 20 to 300 m. A plateau used as a combined management zone for paddy rice and Apple, a mountainous area that belongs to a part of the Hakkouda / Towada volcanic group. Most of them are national forests(A forest cultivation system in which the people of a nation invest in government-owned forests and fields:shared forest system). The climate of the city belongs to the Sea of Japan climate. Hakkoda Mountains in the east and Mt. Iwaki in the west are surrounded by mountains on all sides, so the climate is stable and warm throughout the year. It is said that it is the most blessed area in the prefecture with little temperature difference. There is a lot of greenery, and the natural environment where people can lead a comfortable life is maintained, and the changes of the four seasons are beautiful. It is also famous for having relatively few natural disasters. Former Hiraka Town: Many ruins from the Paleolithic period to the early modern period have been confirmed, and it seems that the footprints of ancestors can be seen everywhere. As a result of repeated mergers of towns and villages, the town boasts one of the largest areas and populations in the prefecture, and as a result, the terrain in the region has been divided into three categories, flat land, plateau, and mountainous area, depending on the altitude and shape. The flat land is composed of paddy fields and urban areas, the plateau is a complex area of paddy fields and apples, and the mountains are vast forest areas connected to Minami Hakkoda, where high-cold vegetables are cultivated in a cool climate. In this way, the region has developed under the blessed land, with the agricultural industry as the core industry from ancient times. In addition, the hot spring sources in various places have not only been the base of people in this area for a long time, but also as a tourism resource, heal people who visit this area both inside and outside the prefecture. In recent years, the all-weather sports facility “Hiraka Dome” has been completed, which is useful for maintaining the health and improving physical strength of residents, and has a presence as a symbol of the city. Onoe area: Until now, it has prospered as a granary of Tsugaru, and in particular, the rice produced in 1984 has been famous as a high-quality rice-rich area with the highest yield per 10 ares in Japan. In addition, apples are one of the most famous agricultural products, and they are the second largest agricultural products after rice. The industries that have grown rapidly when people began to seek moisture in their lives during the economic boom of the 1965s were the manufacturing industries such as brooms and goza, and the planting and landscaping industries. In particular, the planting and landscaping industry has continued to grow in proportion to the rapid economic growth, and has now grown into a major industry that represents the region. In addition, it has been known as a town of plants for a long time, and each family can see many splendid gardens and hedges, including the nationally designated scenic spot “Seibi Garden”. It has been certified as “Rural Amenity Contest Excellence Award”, “Rural Landscape 100 Selections”, and “Scent Landscape 100 Selections”. This is also the trajectory of the efforts and challenges of our predecessors, and has been passed down as a fortune of wisdom and potential that we have acquired over the long history. In addition, these green efforts have contributed to the tourism industry and are visited by many people, centering on the “Omotenashi Roman Museum”, which connects Saruka Shrine, which has been deeply worshiped from inside and outside the prefecture, to Seibi Garage. “Ikarigaseki area; Former Ikarigaseki Village”: A barrier was established during the Tsugaru feudal era, and was responsible for military and economic control. In addition, because it was blessed with abundant hot spring resources, it became the lord’s temporary store (accommodation place) when the attendance was changed. Therefore, it has come to prosper as a hot spring post town with a checkpoint. In the 1955s, the hot springs of Oaza Ikarigaseki were integrated for the first time in the prefecture, and the status of “Ikarigaseki Onsenkyo” was established through the development of Yunosawa Onsen and Synergistic Hot Spring / Furutoobe Onsen, and the Sekisho was restored to promote tourism. It developed as “Barrier Toide Yunosato”. In addition, National Highway No. 7 runs through the center of the area and has the JR Ou Main Line “Ikarigaseki Station” and the Tohoku Expressway “Ikarigaseki Interchange”, so it has been a gateway to Tsugaru as a transportation hub since the feudal era. There is. Currently, the roadside station Ikarigaseki “Tsugaru Seki no demesne,” which consists of a direct sales office for specialty products, a cultural tourism center, an indoor pool “Yuei Museum”, and a hot spring exchange center “Okariya Palace”, is a sightseeing base in this area. It has become. Under these circumstances, the former Hiraka Town, the former Onoe Town and the former Ikarigaseki Village merged on January 1, 2006, and Hirakawa City was established as the 10th city in the prefecture. Based on the basic philosophy of “Aiming for a city where people, regions, and industries sparkle,” and “a city where people can work together with local residents.” , We are steadily moving forward with the aim of realizing “a city where comfortable living spaces are secured and the area is sparkling” and “a city where industries that make the most of the characteristics of the area are sparkling”. “Tsugaru Apple” is a variety cultivated by the Aomori Prefectural Apple Research Institute (currently the Aomori Prefectural Industrial Technology Center Apple Research Institute: Kuroishi City). In 1930, pollen of a monkey variety was crossed with “Golden Delicious”, but the combination was unknown and the pollen parent was unknown. Selected in 1943 from mated seedlings produced by unknown pollen parents. After a while, in 1973, an application for registration was made by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Fisheries), and it was registered in 1975. “The taste is good and the shelf life is not bad. As for the characteristics”, Since it has leaves, it is not evenly beautiful red, but it absorbs nutrients from the leaves that have been exposed to a lot of sunlight. Of the taste, the sweetness is strong, there is a slight acidity, and the juice is a bundle. is a beautiful product. “Beer–Lambert–Bouguer law; Pierre Bouguer (France), August Beer, Johann Heinrich Lambert (Germany)” transmissiontance: Percentage of incident light of a specific wavelength passing through the sample (optical) . A method that stabilizes the absorption of light by substances. Fresnel equations: Freshel coefficient; amplification reflection coefficient; amplification transmission coefficient And, conducted an impact survey of radioactive substances before shipping. In 1990, Hiromichi KATO of the former Department of Agricultural Engineering (currently Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences) of the national university corporation Hirosaki University, the following is the result of genetic diagnosis, the pollen parent is It was identified as “Jonathan Apples”. “Tsugaru Apples”, which has inherited the tradition from old breeders and producers and is loved by everyone, is said to be the second most representative variety in Japan, after “Fuji”. “Apples” containing honey contain a large amount of ethyl esters, which are aroma components, and these enhance the flavor and enhance the taste. Due to the low oxygen condition of the honey part, the accumulated ethyl esters have the characteristics of fruity and floral aroma (noble), and are said to have a great effect of enhancing palatability. The name “Sun Tsugaru Apple” is a “registered trademark” of bagless cultivation produced in Nagano prefecture. What is LC-CA? Long Continue-Controlled Atmosphere-Trademark Registration No. 2224231: Apples are harvested from autumn to early winter, and as soon as they arrive at our company, they are immediately stored in the CA refrigerator. From December to March, it will be normally refrigerated for about 3 days for commercialization (sorting and boxing), but after that, it will be stored in the CA state until shipping. Therefore, since the CA is thoroughly managed for a long period from the time of harvest to around June and July of the following year, you can enjoy the freshly picked taste in the best condition with both texture and fruit juice. What is FA-CA? Flexible Automation-Controlled Atmosphere-Trademark Registration No. 2224230: When the inside of the refrigerator is put into the CA state, the air composition is such that humans cannot directly enter it, so it is necessary to take time to open the CA state in order to take out the apples in the refrigerator and work. In order to eliminate the time loss during this period, an automatic rack system is installed in the refrigerator and computer control is used to always deliver fresh products to all customer requests such as small lots and number of balls. Ikari Apple (Kitae Apple Co., Ltd.) has its own refrigeration equipment, and you can enjoy the taste of the season at any time.

It is an excellent variety that has been cherished as a variety that has been cultivated at the Aomori Prefectural Apple Research Institute (currently the Apple Research Institute, Aomori Prefectural Industrial Technology Center (Botandaira-Fukutamikita, Kuroishi City)). It’s an apple made in Aomori prefecture, so it seems that it was named “Tsugaru Apples”. It’s an apple that grew up in the sun without a bag. Tsugaru Apple is the second largest variety in Japan after “Fuji Apples”. The most popular apple of the Wase variety, it is the sweetest and most refreshing fruit of autumn.

It seems that this excellent fruit was first introduced to Hirosaki around 1875. It is said that John Ing, an American teacher at the current private Too Gijuku High School (Chojamori Ishikawa, Protestant) who inherited the spirit of the Hirosaki clan school, feasted Western apples on his students at Christmas, which is the first time in the prefecture. It seems that it was. At that time, the new Meiji government was actively engaged in farming policies, seeking new varieties such as seedlings from overseas and distributing them nationwide. The distributed apple saplings were prototyped all over the prefecture, and it seems that they grew well and took root in rare cases except around Hirosaki. It is still said that in 1877, Hirosaki sericulture sericulture Shigeki Yamano was the first to bear fruit on what was being planted in the mansion field of the current Hirosaki University School of Medicine, and three apples were harvested. Cultivation has been successful through the research and efforts of pioneers, and apple fever seems to have stimulated farmers to create apple orchards in various places. Hirosaki’s apples were successful at the 3rd National Industrial Exhibition held in Tokyo in 1890 (April 1st to July 31st, Tokyo Ueno Park, the number of visitors was 1,023,693 at that time). Received an award. After that, the commercial value was gradually recognized, and with the opening of the railway, the sales channel was expanded from Tohoku to Hokkaido, Kanto, and Kansai. In addition, from around 1898, apples were hit hard by various diseases and pests, but from around 1904, epoch-making apple bagging (bag cultivation) and chemical spraying methods such as Bordeaux mixture were introduced and pruned. It seems that the cultivation technology has made remarkable progress, such as research on the improvement of the method, and the commercial status has been established. In 1906, Aomori Port became a special export port, and the Tsugaru Apple Export Industry Association was established to export to Shanghai and other countries. In 1908, refrigerators were used to transport apples.

In 1964, when the Tokyo Olympics were held, the first apple flower festival was held at Tokiwazaka, Hirosaki City (currently Apple Park). In 1973, an apple dwarf cultivation model garden was set up in Hirosaki, etc. in order to demonstrate the high-performance mechanization technology system by apple dwarf cultivation and make it a base for dissemination. The following year, a ceremony to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Apples in Aomori Prefecture was held in Hirosaki City, and it seems that a relative of John Ing, who introduced apples to Hirosaki for the first time, was invited from the United States. It is clear that the Japanese are a kind and gracious race.

【Origin of name】

There seems to be a theory that the scientific name of chives, Allium, is derived from the Latin word “alere” which means “smell”. The scientific name “schoenoprasum” means “leek like rush”. As it is from the English name Chives, the flower language faithful, honest and flexibility seems to have been named after the gentle flavor with little odor that goes well with any dish.

On March 11, 2022, Kimitsu City announced that it would light up the castle tower at the site of Kururi Castle in Kururi, the city, in the colors of the Ukrainian flags of blue and yellow. From sunset on March 12-21 to 7:30 pm, Iwanaga Seminar, Kimitsu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kimitsu, Meiji Gakuin University Faculty of Sociology, working on an old folk house restoration project in the area and interacting with Ukrainians It seems that the three parties of the City Deputy Nuclear Promotion Council have cooperated and decided to implement it with condolences to the victims of Ukraine, where the military invasion by Russia continues, and prayers for peace. He heard that he plans to use SNS to add multilingual comments to the world in the future, and he also said that the Kururi Castle Ruins Museum will close at 4:30 pm, but the climbing road It’s open so you can see it nearby. Donation boxes have been set up at the city hall and administrative centers on March 11 for humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. The first large stable in Yamanashi Prefecture, where active racehorses recover from fatigue and adjust conditions, was completed in Kiyosato, Takane Town, Hokuto City, and has been accepted since September 2021. Even in the summer, the cool and natural land is said to be ideal for horse rest, and according to the Japan Racing Association (JRA), there are only limited facilities such as Hokkaido that can accommodate more than 50 horses. It can accommodate 52 heads, and it seems that up to 80 heads can be accommodated including the existing stables. In addition to the shower room for 6 horses, the new stable is equipped with a treatment device that warms the body with infrared rays and loosens the muscles. Horsebridge Co., Ltd. (formerly Kosuda Ranch), which operates stables, has been retraining and selling to equestrian clubs nationwide since 2016 so that retired racehorses can play an active role in horse riding. There seems to be. It is said that the number of horses sold is more than 100 a year, and at most 200 horses a year. However, due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the riding clubs have been suspended one after another, and demand seems to have dropped sharply. 『カズサの愛彩グループ』Each employee cherishes the quality of agricultural products, constantly challenges to improve production technology, and is a producer trusted by consumers. He contributes to the future of agriculture and food and works hard every day. “Kazusa Becitec” has a reputation for original ramen made with plenty of its own vegetables. Timeless soy sauce ramen is also popular. Parsley’s scientific name is Petroselinum crispum. Cultivation as an herb spread in Europe in the 16th century, and it seems that it was later brought to the United States. I heard that it was cultivated mainly in the vegetable garden for food and ornamental purposes. Allium schoenoprasum var. Foliosum and its varieties of the same species have been native to Japan for a long time, and it is clear that they have been described in Wamyō Ruijushō(Dictionary with Japanese definitions of kanji and kanji compounds selected by Minamoto no Sitago at the behest of Emperor Daigo’s Princess Kinshi imperial princess. It is also said to have been edited during the Jōhei era (931-938). There are 10 volumes and 20 volumes, but there seems to be some debate as to which one is the original. It seems that the 10-volume book is divided into 24 parts and 128 gates, and the 20-volume book is divided into 32 parts and 249 gates(二十巻本は, 職官, 国郡, 郷里, 曲調, 薬名など, 語彙や地名を列挙するのみの部門があり). It is a kind of encyclopedia that explains the sources of Chinese words, syllabary sounds, and Japanese names. The Japanese name is written in Man’yogana, which is a valuable resource for studying ancient vocabulary. Some Manuscripts have a tone mark and can be used as an accent material. It seems that many citations do not exist. Also, it seems that many Japanese names for everyday items, which are rarely seen in literary works, are used. As a research book of this book, it seems that there is Kariya Ekisai’s commentary Wamyō Ruijushō (established in 1827). )and Engishiki(It seems that status and formula are the detailed enforcement regulations of the legislative act, which was the basic law of ancient Japan. There is no clear distinction between case and formula. Most of the “Engi-shiki” still exist, and it is a valuable historical source for learning about the Heian period society. It seems that the detailed enforcement regulations for the legislative act have already been created and enforced by the department in charge as needed since the Nara period. However, it seems that an integrated formula was requested because the contents of the formulas under each jurisdiction would be inconsistent and discrepancy would occur if they were dealt with separately. The ones compiled there are Konin-Shiki Code and Jogan-shiki Code. However, it seems that Jogan-shiki Code was not the final version that integrated Konin-Shiki Code, but complemented Konin-Shiki Code and covered the whole. Therefore, the integrated version of “formula”, which was completed in one piece, was eagerly awaited, but it seems that it was extremely difficult to compile. Compiled in the 10th century, it is a collection of detailed administrative regulations that can be called a business manual for ancient officials. The volume is 50 volumes, about 3540 articles, including various regulations on the performance of official duties, rituals and rituals, equipment and furnishings used in the palace and their raw materials, foods, pharmaceuticals, textile products, etc. Various items are listed. It can be said to be an ancient encyclopedia, and is famous as a valuable material not only for ancient history but also for many research fields. However, it seems that the obstacles are that the amount of description is enormous and the description covers various fields, and that the content is esoteric and limited to only the matters necessary for business.)and have been edible. It’s not clear when European chives were brought in. It is widely distributed in Eurasia, North America, etc., and its morphological variation is remarkable, and it seems that there are various theories in terms of classification. Chives cultivated in Europe and the United States are said to have been cultivated by a group of Allium schoenoprasum var. Foliosum. It seems that there are eight types of chives native to Japan, including Allium schoenoprasum var. Foliosum, Allium schoenoprasum L. var., A. Schoenoprasum. V. Schoenoprasum. The odor peculiar to Allium is a component called allyl sulfide, which is said to promote the secretion of digestive enzymes, help increase appetite, and increase the absorption of vitamin B1. It has a delicate flavor even with green onions, so it seems to be used in various dishes. Also, a perennial herb of Asatsuki’s companion. It has a milder spiciness and bitterness than green onions and has a mild aroma. A lot of small purple flowers come out from June to July. Chives are a family of very thin green onions, but it seems that early harvested pale blue-green,chive (Allium schoenoprasum) may also be sold as chives. It’s awesome, but it’s a group of green onions that are distributed in the temperate and boreal zones of the Northern Hemisphere. It is also called the chives in the plural because many plants stick to each other near the ground and grow thick. It is an herb that uses leaves for flavoring and accenting dishes, and is close to condiments. In addition, a thin cylindrical hollow leaf is extended from the ground, and the plant height is about 30 cm. In early summer, red-purple florets bloom in a ball shape. The appearance of pompoms blooming at the tips of the leaves seems to be cute and highly valuable. It is not the main, but it looks great when planted in groups on the edges of flower beds. The leaves tend to die in winter, but since they are perennials, they sprout and grow every year. Although it is used for cooking, it is ideal for coloring and flavoring salads, soups, marinades, etc. Since heating for a long time spoils the flavor, it seems that it is better to finish the dish or serve it in a bowl and then shake it. Like Asatsuki, it seems to go well with Japanese-style dishes such as noodle condiments and miso soup. Kazusa Veggie Tech Co., Ltd. is a member of the Kimitsu City Certified Agricultural Council. In addition, the association is a gathering of professional farmers approved by the mayor of Kimitsu, and is working to revitalize agriculture in Kimitsu City. The purpose is to convey the appeal of agriculture to everyone and to let them know the importance of agriculture, mainly through the edamame harvest festival and the agricultural experience “rice cultivation”. In the future, we will continue to enhance the council business, expand the number of new certified farmers, activate information exchange activities while deepening mutual exchanges, and receive guidance and advice from related organizations to all members. Seems to become an attractive farmer and develop activities that can play an active role as the core of regional agriculture. Kimitsu green soybeans harvest festival is a participatory harvest festival sponsored by the Kimitsu City Certified Agricultural Council, and you can bring back enough green soybeans to tie to the locally purchased straw rope. Green soybeans is a native species “Koito native Ⓡ” that has been protected and raised in the Koito River basin. Kimitsu’s autumn taste is characterized by its strong sweetness and faint aroma. Kimitsu City is located in the central part of the Boso Peninsula, and the northwestern part facing Tokyo Bay has an industrial area centered on one of the world’s leading ironworks and an orderly divided urban area. It is within 50 kilometers from Tokyo. Also, since Kimitsu Station is the first station for rapid trains, you can sit back and commute to work, and it seems that you can use your commuting time for reading. In addition, the industry is thriving, and the flower “color (water-based)” found in wedding bouquets for weddings boasts the highest production in Japan. It has the charm of the city and nature in the second largest city area in Chiba prefecture. The history of the name doesn’t seem to be that old. In 1878, it seems to be one of the old examples that the current Kisarazu Daiichi Elementary School was named “Kimitsu Ko”. As a place name, Kimitsu District was born in 1897, and Kimitsu was used for the first time here. It seems that it has begun to be broken.

It is a member of the green onion that is distributed from the temperate zone to the boreal zone of the northern hemisphere. It is an herb that uses leaves for flavoring and accenting dishes, and has an impression close to condiments. Var. Foliosum, which is familiar as a condiment, is said to be native to Japan and a variety of chives. It is a thin cylinder with hollow leaves extending from the ground, and the plant height is about 20 to 30 cm. Red-purple florets bloom in early summer. The appearance that blooms at the tip of the leaf is refined and cute, and the appreciation value is high. Since it is a perennial plant, it sprouts every year and grows vigorously.

It often appears in myths and the Old Testament, around 5000 BC. Historical materials date back to around 2800 BC. Ancient Egyptian papyrus (spinning fiber: a type of paper made from the fiber of one stem in ancient Egypt. It was used as a writing material, and its use seems to have extended from around 2000 BC to several centuries BC. Hieroglyph. The use of medicinal herbs is described in the clay version in ancient letters such as Copt letters). There are peppermint, basil, saffron, etc. for medical use. Herbs are introduced from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece. It was used by the general public as a bath salt, and its effects were recognized, and it seems that research on herbs has progressed (Thermae Romae is a manga work by Mari YAMAZAKI. “Comic Beam (Monthly manga magazine published by KADOKAWA, November 11, 1995) First published daily. Released on the 12th of every month) ”, refer to the serialization from the February 2008 issue to the April 2013 issue). It can be seen that research on herbs was already in progress at this time. It was also used in cosmetics and cooking. And with the invasion of the mighty empire over the ancient Roman Empire, Herbs seem to have spread throughout Europe. It is said that the rapid spread was due to the fact that the monks also treated as doctors and healed the wounds and illnesses of soldiers with herbs. In the Middle Ages, it became a favorite of European royal aristocrats. Eventually, aristocrats move to the Middle East and Eastern Asia in search of new herbs. During the Age of Discovery, which began at the end of the 15th century, countries began to compete and crossed the sea, and the herbs and spices of the world were introduced to Europe.

Famous in Japan, Ganjin priest (more than 1300 years ago, he came to Japan to spread correct Buddhism. At that time, in Japan, he was building temples and big Buddhas in an attempt to rule the country with the power of Buddhism. It is recorded that he was subject to heavy taxes and labor and was forced to live a difficult life. On the other hand, at that time, the monks were not taxed. The number of people trying to escape is suddenly increasing, and the Buddhist world seems to have been overlooked. Therefore, the court is sending a messenger to Tang to invite a monk who teaches correct Buddhism to Japan. By the high priest ‘Jianzhen’ (Ganjin in Japanese), head temple is Toshodaiji Temple-Risshu sect.) seems to have included carrots and licorice, which are famous as raw medicines. In addition, Osho also informs Japan of medicines brought from the western region farther from China and the South Sea. It is reported that these were also delivered to Shosoin as “Shosoin drugs”.

Public interest incorporated foundation According to the Maebashi City public corporation, the Kyiv Ballet Company is a prestigious member of the Ukrainian National Opera, which boasts a history and tradition of about 150 years. Starting with the stage in the city on July 15, 2022, it seems that performances are planned in 16 cities nationwide, including Tokyo and Osaka. Maebashi City and public corporation are planning to hold a performance in the city by inviting the Kyiv Ballet Company of Ukraine, which continues to be confused by the invasion of Russian troops. There are some members who participate in battles and evacuate abroad, and it is unclear whether they can come to Japan, but it seems that they want to expand the circle of support through performances. It seems that he will stay in the city for about two weeks to prepare for the actual performance because the practice will not be possible due to the intensifying conflict. It seems that they will consider support measures such as crowdfunding to cover part of the cost of staying and securing practice and accommodation. The five evacuees from Ukraine arrived in Japan on March 26 and were accepted by Kiryu City. The performance schedule seems to have been set in January, before the situation in Ukraine became tense. The event was threatened at one point, but it will be held as planned in order to promote the existence of Ukraine and provide support as much as possible. In Maebashi City, the performance will be titled “Kyiv Ballet Gala 2022” at the Beisia Culture Hall (Location: Hiyoshicho, Maebashi City, Prefectural Kaikan (Public interest incorporated foundation under the jurisdiction of the Gunma Prefectural Education and Culture Corporation)). I heard that about 30 people including performers and staff will visit. However, some male dancers participate in the battle, and it seems that female dancers are evacuating to European countries. The record of cultivation in Japan is from the Edo period, and the “Agriculture Complete Book (1697)” describes the cultivation method and simple eating method. Cultivation began in earnest in Mizumoto Town, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo during the Kyoho era (1716-1735), which later developed into softened honeywort (cut honeywort, root honeywort), and also in Shimochiba Town, Katsushika Ward. The honeywort cultivation that started in 1897 became the origin of Japanese honeywort (green honeywort), and then the production areas moved to Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama prefectures, and it seems that it spread to Kansai after the 1897s. Hydroponic cultivation using the current large-scale greenhouse is said to have started in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture in the mid-1965s. Hydroponics: By blocking the room from the outdoors and managing the nutrient solution hygienically, healthy, disease-free pesticide-free plants can grow and can be shipped systematically regardless of the season. The plant factory is shut off from the outside air and is mainly completely sealed, and the indoor temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, light amount and liquid fertilizer amount are grown using a computer, which is the optimum state for growing vegetables. There is a feature to make. The mitusba yarn has a short growing period and is harvested in the open field about 70 to 90 days after sowing and before the moss is extracted during the growing season. In addition, year-round cultivation is possible, and tunnel cultivation is recommended in the low temperature period, and shading cultivation is recommended in the high temperature period. It is slightly softened by dense planting and harvested by cutting from the roots or with roots attached. It is one of the popular western vegetables that has been attracting attention in recent years due to its unique appearance. It is said to be a variety of wild sweet indigo of the Brassicaceae family. There is another name for Kabukanran. It has been popular as an edible product in China and Taiwan(大頭菜(台); kohlrabi; Brassica caulorapa Pasq.)for a long time. I heard that it was introduced to Japan in the early Meiji era. Sweet and similar to the flavor of broccoli stalks, it is delicious both raw and cooked. The unique Vitamin C is said to be hard to break even when heated. Again, you can eat the round corm. I want the leaves to be cut off and the skin to be thickly peeled off. “Town of water, greenery and poetry”, Maebashi outdated to call it “Mayahashi”. It is said that from 1648 to 1652, Tadakiyo Sakai-Ko, the fourth feudal lord of the Maebashi feudal clan, was the lord of the castle-Name change. There was a stream called Kurumagawa River around the current Tone River. The bridge over there was called the “Umaya Bridge”. It is said that this naturally became a place name. According to the Early Showa period survey, there were more than 700 units of burial mounds. Among them are the Hachimanyama tumulus and the Tenjinsan(Mt. Nantai)tumulus, which are said to date from the 4th century. Shumatsuki(Terminal phase)-The burial mounds of each period leading up to the Hotosan burial mound. These burial mounds and stone chambers are huge burial mounds, and many excellent burial items such as those stored in the National Museum have been excavated. Against this background, the Ritsuryo system later became a place for the establishment of the national government, and it seems that it became the political center of Koozuke.etc. Around the 10th century, the decree system collapsed and Japan entered a period of change. In the early 12th century, the eruption of Mt. Asama damaged Maebashi in the era of samurai. I hear that there was a time when the area was devastated in response to this situation. From the Heian period to the Kamakura period, the nichirinji Temple ekadasamukha (eleven-faced avalokitesvara) and the zenshoji-temple steel sitting statue of Amitabha were created. The construction of Mayahashi Castle is said to have started in the 15th century. During the Warring States period, this castle was the target of offense and defense by Uesugi, Takeda, Hojo and others. Especially in the battle of 1567, the townscapes of Amagawabara and Rokku, which were prosperous at that time, were burned down for Mr. Takeda and Hojo. It is said that the center of the city has moved to the lowlands that were the riverbanks of the former Tone River, and this is the current center of the city: It is said that the Tone River changed in the 1400s. In 1601, the year after the Battle of Sekigahara, Mr. Sakai of Tokugawa Fudai entered Maebashi. After that, he ruled the Maebashi clan for about 150 years in his ninth generation. Mr. Sakai was also active in the shogunate government, and Tadakiyo-Ko, the fourth feudal lord, had a great influence as an elder. After that, Mr. Sakai and Mr. Matsudaira of the Himeji clan were replaced. Mr. Matsudaira-The Maebashi Castle area was destroyed by the flood of the Tone River and was damaged by a large fire. Therefore, he moved to Kawagoe in 19 years, and Maebashi was in the state of Kawagoe Clan Maebashi division for 99 years. As a result, Maebashi declined, and the people sought to rebuild the city in hopes of revival, and in 1867, Mr. Matsudaira was welcomed to Maebashi again. However, it soon became the Meiji Restoration. In addition, Maebashi’s raw silk industry grew in the middle of the Edo period: With the opening of Yokohama Port in 1859(Ansei 6)and the encouragement of the feudal lord Mr. Matsudaira, it flourished and supported modernization. etc. A prefectoral office was placed in maebashi in 1881 to create more prosperity. Town system enforcement was enforced in 1889, and in 1892, the city system was enforced first in the prefecture, fourth in the Kanto region, and 41st in the whole country. etc. In the present. It is located slightly south of the central part of Gunma Prefecture. The northern part of the city area reaches Mt. Akagi(The highest point is 1,823 m above sea level on the south side of Mt. Akagi, and the lowest point is 64 m above sea level in Shimoauchi Town.), the male of Mt. Jyomonsanzan, with a gentle slope from north to south. The flat land of the Kanto Plain, which is about 100 m above sea level, spreads out, and urban areas are open on both banks of the Tone River, which flows southward in the form of being divided into two-From the central part to the southern part. Surrounded by the mountains of Akagi and Joshinetsu in the northwest, the climate is slightly inland and has little rainfall. The average annual temperature is 14 to 15 degrees celsius, but the temperature difference is large, so there are many changes in the four seasons. From November to April of the following year, there are many sunny days, and the northwest monsoon blows, especially in winter-Grated Akagi: From June to August, the southeastern wind blows. In summer, the temperature is high and heavy thunder strikes. The area is 311.59 km2, accounting for about 4.9 % of the area of Gunma prefecture. When the city system came into effect in April 1890, it was only 7.71 km2. The city area is about 40 times larger than when the city was first established, about 20 km east-west, and about 27 km north-south. 萩原朔太郎記念・水と緑と詩のまち 前橋文学館, 萩原朔太郎記念館- He gave birth to Mr. Sakutaro Hagiwara(Father of modern Japanese poetry), a giant star in the history of modern Japanese poetry.「月に吠える」1917, 感情詩社 「蝶を夢む」1923, 新潮社「青猫」1923, 新潮社「純情小曲集」1925, 新潮社 「萩原朔太郎詩集」1928, 第一書房版「氷島」1934, 第一書房「定本青猫」1936, 版画荘「宿命」1939, 創元社. Produced many literary figures. In Gunma Prefecture, a bottom-up type Gunma-type management succession system has been constructed centered on the Gunma Prefectural Livestock Association. By linking this system with the dairy helper system, a smooth farming process has been formulated, and a track record of succession to third-party management has been achieved. The inherited dairy farming continues to run smoothly with the support of the local community. On the other hand, in order for this succession system to achieve more results, it is clear that institutionalization of digging up business transfer applicants and efforts for successors to continue sustainable farming are required. I hear that the maintenance and development of prefectural dairy farming has become an urgent issue as Japan’s milk production has turned to a declining trend and there is a growing demand for strengthening the dairy production base. In some prefectures, dairy mega farms continue to expand enthusiastically, but it seems that the production of raw milk is declining because it cannot make up for the production of family-owned farmers who leave the farm. There is a shortage of successors as a major factor in family-owned farming, and a third-party management succession system has been considered as a countermeasure. In Hokkaido, the inheritance system (lease farm system) centered on the agricultural public corporation has been functioning for a long time and seems to have achieved great results. In the management succession system centered on the leasing farm system, the government actively supports subsidies for leasing fees, property tax reductions and exemptions, subsidies for renovation expenses, subsidies for housing acquisition, etc., and about 80 to 100 people a year. Seems to be farming from outside the farm (2018). On the other hand, there are many areas in prefectures where such a system is not in place, and there are sporadic cases of new entrants, but the reality is that it is difficult to spread in terms of area (2000). Gunma Prefecture is famous as a livestock prefecture in which livestock accounts for 40% of agricultural output. Dairy is also thriving, and according to the 2017 “Milk Product Statistics Survey”, raw milk production is the 4th largest in Japan, the number of dairy cows raised is 5th in the country (2018 livestock statistics), and by prefecture. The amount of raw milk produced is the third highest in Japan after Hokkaido and Tochigi prefectures (2016 agricultural output and produced agricultural income (by prefecture)), and it is known as a male dairy farmer in each prefecture. In addition, the average number of dairy workers raised per household is 66.7, which is an area where multi-head breeding has progressed compared to the average of 56.3 in prefectures. Large-scale dairy corporations, so-called mega farms, are scattered around Maebashi City and Showa Village in the foothills of Mt. Akagi, which is located in the central part of the prefecture. It seems that dairy farming by management can be seen. As in other prefectures, I heard that the aging of dairy workers and the decrease in the number of dairy workers are major issues. The number of dairy farmers has decreased from 805 in 2008 to 552 in just 10 years in 2018. More than one-third of dairy farmers are leaving. In response to this situation, the prefecture, led by the Gunma Prefectural Livestock Association, connects dairy farmers who are thinking of leaving farming due to aging, etc. with people who want to start dairy farming, and inherits that dairy farming. It seems that the person succession business has started in 2014. The dairy management succession system in Gunma Prefecture is a custom-made support model that promotes the succession to a third party by building a support system centered on the local administration and agricultural cooperatives as a facilitator by the Livestock Association when a prospective transferee comes out. I can say. For this reason, instead of always recruiting new farmers, the system is such that the “working support team” is gathered to provide support only when the two people who are planning to transfer and those who are planning to succeed are gathered. From the standpoint of those who wish to start new farming in dairy farming, two issues can be seen in the situation of such businesses. It is necessary to constantly grasp the dairy farmers who wish to inherit to a third party. As of September 2018, there was only one specific effort to pass on to a third party in response to the situation where many dairy farmers are leaving or closing their businesses. For these reasons, it seems necessary to make efforts to identify prospective farmers who want to use this system in the future.

The stems were cultivated in the sun, and harvested when the petioles reached about 20 cm. It is cultivated in the open field and hydroponics all year round, and it seems that there is no particular season. The leaves and stems are green, so it is sometimes called “Green cow parsley”. The shape is a little irregular, but it has a good reputation for its aroma and taste.

The origin of Japanese honeywort extends to East Asia, including Japan. It seems that this Japanese name was given because one stem has three leaves. In Japan, it has been useful as an edible wild grass for a long time, but I heard that it was cultivated as a vegetable around 1720 in the Edo period, which is the birthplace of Mizumoto Town, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo. There is. The green wild chervil, which was cultivated in the open field of soil cultivation by exposing it to the sun, is cultivated by hydroponics, which is mitsuba yarn. It is grown in hydroponics by sowing urethane seeds in a Greenhouse and growing it in a culture solution in which fertilizer is dissolved, and it is shipped with a sponge-like floor and roots.

Technology to locally heat the area near the growth point of the community: By combining CO2 concentration application technology, both yield increase and heating cost reduction are achieved, and profits increase. Low fuel consumption (countermeasures against soaring crude oil prices) and AGRIC ULTURAL PRACTICE: Agricultural methods aimed at maximizing crop yields, but residual pesticides are stipulated by the Law of Article 11, Paragraph 3 of the Food Sanitation Law (The Japan Food Chemical Research Foundation). The value far below the regulation value, which has a negative effect on health, and is well below the daily allowance, is that vegetables cannot be shipped without submitting a control diary in some areas. The rules are very relevant.

【Major features】

On March 2, Oirase Town, Kamikita District, in cooperation with local police, is conducting an evacuation drill assuming that an earthquake occurred at midnight in winter. It seems that there was a problem that the parking lot of the evacuation site was crowded because there was still snow and few people escaped on foot. It seems that some local governments have embarked on measures to protect against the cold. While there are many windswept evacuation towers, in 2015, a covered evacuation tower, Myojinyama Disaster Prevention Tower, was installed in the town where a tsunami of up to 24m is expected to hit the prefecture. The government’s Central Disaster Prevention Council Working Group (based on the lessons learned from Typhoon No. 19 in 2018, which caused enormous damage over a wide area centered on Tohoku and Kanto Koshinetsu, strengthened evacuation measures against intensifying and frequent heavy rain disasters. A working group was set up under the Disaster Prevention Measures Execution Council to consider measures for the huge earthquakes expected in the Japan Trench and the Chishima Trench announced on March 22. A large tsunami is expected along the Pacific coast from Hokkaido to Chiba prefecture, and if it occurs at midnight in winter, there is a concern that the damage will be maximized. Local governments are urgently required to take measures to evacuate from tsunamis and tackle issues peculiar to cold regions. If the damage caused by the Japan Trench / Kuril Trench Earthquake occurs at midnight in winter with snow, it is estimated that up to 199,000 people will die due to delays in evacuation, and most of them will be caused by the tsunami. Even if you escape from the tsunami, you may have hypothermia (a tremor at first, then a state of confusion and loss of consciousness. It is possible to warm your body and dry your wet clothes before the temperature drops completely. If possible, recovery is likely. If the body temperature becomes too low, the body may be inhaled with warm oxygen, intravenously or via a catheter into the bladder, stomach, abdomen, or thoracic cavity. It is good to warm it up. Also, try to give heat from the outside of the body.) It is expected that a large number of deaths will occur. Let’s start with an introduction to Misawa City, where a high school that was very successful at the Koshien Tournament, which was a long time ago near Hitokawame, an Oirase town by the sea, actually exists. “Misawa City”, Aomori Prefecture is a treasure trove of Jomon culture, and many archaeological sites have been discovered in the city. The Noguchi shell mound and Waseda shell mound around Lake Ogawara are particularly famous, and the pottery from the late Jomon period excavated from Noguchi is said to be as elaborate as the Kamegaoka site in Kizukuri Town, Nishitsugaru District, and is a valuable research material. The Misawa City Museum of History and Folklore has a large collection of a wide range of historical materials such as these archaeological materials, fishing gear, kagura masks of folk performing arts, and ancient documents. In addition, rare animal and plant specimens of Lake Ogawara are also exhibited, and it is a mysterious place where you can experience the traditional life and environment in this place rich in nature. During the feudal era, the largest ranch “Kizaki no Maki” of the Nanbu Morioka domain was spread, and even after the Meiji era, it was taken over by the Sabishirotai shared ranch and the village ranch, and has long been widely known as a horse-producing area. Even now, in the suburbs, you can still see the scenery of horses and cows grazing, and you can remember those days. 淋代平; Miss Veedol: 1931 Mr. Herndon and Mr. Pangbourne’s starting point for a non-landing transpacific flight. In addition, the population of Misawa Airport (base), which was built by the Japanese Navy before the Pacific War, has increased sharply due to the requisition and expansion of the US military after the war. It has developed as a city full of exoticism. As a city with a reserve of Jomon archaeological sites, a vast ranch site, an airport, and a fishing port built on a sandy beach, which is rare in Japan, the city will continue to have a diverse face and history with local residents. Due to the cool climate, rare alpine plants such as Buckbean, Daylily, and Drosera rotundifolia L. can be seen even on flat ground. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean in the east and Lake Ogawara in the west, it has a varied natural environment such as forests, plateaus, grasslands, paddy fields, tidal flats, lakes and coasts. The Phragmites australis grassland, which stretches about 20 minutes north of the city center by car, is a treasure trove of nature and a wetland registered under the Ramsar Convention, Hotoke Swamp. The registration date is November 8, 2005, and it is famous as a low-rise marsh: Nationally Designated Buddhist Wildlife Sanctuary Buddhist Swamp Special Protection Area. Located in the north, a grassland wetland between the Pacific Ocean on the east and Lake Ogawara on the west. Due to the cold winds of the easterly wind “Yamase” from spring to summer and the monsoon “Hakkoda grated” from autumn to winter, this area is flat but has alpine plant communities and both the southern and northern limits. Animals and plants can be seen. In addition, it plays a major role as a breeding ground for rare birds such as the Japanese Marsh Warbler and Ochre-rumped bunting, which are designated as endangered species, as well as a landing site for migratory birds such as waterfowl. Rare wild birds such as the Yellow rail and the Japanese endangered Eastern marsh harrier inhabit, such as cancers, ducks, yellow rails, and dianthus superbus L. You can also see wildflowers such as var. Superbus, Achillea alpina subsp. Japonica, and Scutellaria strigillosa var. Yezoensis, which are visited by many people who enjoy nature. The city is known as a good point for surfing, with its Pacific coastal waves and sandy beaches. Around Lake Ogawara, a citizen’s forest park has been developed, where you can enjoy your leisure time with the blue sky and lush nature, and your feelings will be refreshed. There are auto campsites and bungalows on the shores of the lake where the gentle waves come, and when you walk along the promenade that goes around, you can hear the birds singing in the clear air. At baseball stadiums and tennis courts, you can sweat refreshingly and wash your feelings. What comes to my mind is the 51st National High School Baseball Championship Final, in which Aomori Prefectural Misawa High School participated and won, and on August 18, 1969, the moving game and suspicion judgment from the next day. Regarding suspicions, the rules do not stipulate the relationship between the university of origin and seniors and juniors. It’s all about this. No matter how the times pass, everyone has a feeling. Indeed, it connects with the present age. The first decision is to clear the suspicion, but it cannot be established without each reason. I think that if you don’t always break through, you can’t move on. In addition, hot spring excavation is actively carried out in the city, and in addition to the municipal hot spring (Yasuragi villa) in the citizen’s forest, there are hot spring public baths in various parts of the city. Misawa City is located in the southeastern part of Aomori Prefecture, facing the Pacific Ocean to the east and Lake Ogawara to the west. It is a flat land with an area of about 120 km2, about 11 km east-west, about 25 km north-south. Located in the southern part of the prefecture, which has prospered as a horse-producing area since ancient times, the city area was included in the “Kizaki no Maki(Horse pasture directly managed by the Southern Clan)” of the feudal ranch during the Edo period, and people were involved in horse-producing and fishing. It became the US military Misawa base and has undergone a major transformation. Today, as a city in the sky with one of the leading aviation facilities in Japan, many US military personnel, civilian employees and their families live in it, and it continues to develop independently as an international city with an exotic atmosphere. Sister city exchange with Wenatchee and East Wenatchee in Washington, USA, triggered by Miss Veedol, the world’s first non-landing crossing of the Pacific Ocean: Many illustrious events such as American Day, International Summer Festival, and Misawa Air Base Festival are also held. The nature, history and culture of the city, each with its own rich expression. “Aomori Prefectural Misawa Aviation & Science Museum” that tells the deep relationship with the sky, “International Exchange Education Center”, a base facility for international exchange: “Roadside Station Misawa Tonami Clan Memorial Tourist Village” that introduces Mr. Yasuto HIROSAWA (Place of birth: Aizuwakamatsu City), who opened a modern Western-style ranch, and sells special products of the city: Furthermore, it is a wonderful place where you can experience the international cultural city, such as the “Shuji TERAYAMA Memorial Hall” that introduces the unique world of the genius Mr. Shuji TERAYAMA(あゝ, 荒野, ひとりぼっちのあなたに, 天井桟敷; 身毒丸). City area 119.87 km2, latitude 40 degrees 40 minutes north, longitude 141 degrees 22 minutes east. It is known that winter is a northern country, but the amount of snowfall is small, and there are many sunny days due to the monsoon that blows from the northwest. Due to the influence of the easterly wind (Yamase) that blows from spring to summer, the coastal area is often covered with cold air and thick fog, and it can be seen that the end of the rainy season is late and summer is short. In the land rich in nature, burdock, dioscorea opposita, garlic, etc., which are one of the highest quality in Japan, are produced, and poultry farming and pig farming are also actively carried out and gaining popularity. As for marine products, good quality squid and smelt are caught in the Pacific Ocean, and clams and smelt tend to be caught in Lake Ogawara. The catch of squid produced in the prefecture is the highest in Japan. Among them, the Japanese Common squid from Misawa is nicknamed “Red Dragonfly” because it is caught in the daytime under strict quality control and displayed in the central market and supermarkets in the metropolitan area the next morning. It is popular and has excellent taste and freshness, and is highly evaluated by consumers and related parties. Japanese Common Squid is registered as a regional collective trademark endorsed by the Japan Patent Office on June 3, 3rd year of Reiwa under the name of “Misawa noon squid”. As a proof of its quality, the Styrofoam squid box has a sticker of “Misawa noon squid” with an illustration of Miss Veedol (Red airplane). At restaurants in the city, sliced raw fish is also cooked alive. Yamazaki Pork is a Misawa brand that focuses on quality, food, and the environment. Pigs raised in a highly hygienic environment are safe and secure. In addition, it contains about 7 times as much C29H50O2 as ordinary pigs due to carefully selected pure vegetable feed given at the final finishing stage, and has a light fat and soft meat without odor. Both the remains and the relics are considered to be around the time of the 10 large trees in the middle of the Jomon period. In April 1973, “Chicken Dance” was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property. 根井神楽保存会 : Kagura is called a lion dance and was performed during the New Year and the First Full Moon Festival. There are many Kagura books left since 1879. In April 1973, “Yamanokami” was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property. 織笠神楽保存会 : It is said that the Inari Shrine was built in 1884 and danced Kagura every year on October 15th of the lunar calendar. Tsutawaldoboku says that it is a system of Hachinohe Kagura, which is rare in Misawa. In April 1973, “Kagura Dance” was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property. 岡三沢鹿子踊保存会 : Based on a set of four heads, it is performed by a total of thirteen Kago. The form of the dance begins with forming a circle and putting the deer in the garden, and the dance changes every lap, such as the fawn herder, and consists of 13 seats. In February 1993, “Kago dance” was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property. 浜三沢駒踊保存会 : At the vast ranch “Kizaki no Maki” directly managed by the Nanbu feudal clan, the traditional dance that has been handed down from ancestors is continued with a dance that is an entertainment of releasing horses and catching horses in the fall. In October 1959, “Hama Misawa Nanbu Koma Dance” was designated as a prefectural intangible folk cultural property. 山中神楽保存会 : It is said that a person from Esashika Village, Kunohe District, Iwate Prefecture reported this. The performances are four songs, “Chicken Dance, Gongen Dance, Bon Odori, and Sanbaso”. Of these, Chicken Dance was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property in February 1994. 豊年踊保存会 : It has been danced for about 200 years, but in recent years it has been restored from the memory of the old man, and it is said that it has been performed at the Misawa Elementary School 100th Anniversary Festival. In February 1994, “Honen Dance” was designated as a city intangible folk cultural property. From the former Momoishi Town (now Oirase Town) to Misawa City, the area with – Kawame. There are six streams flowing toward the Pacific Ocean, and it seems that there are remnants of the people who settled on the shore named the first river “Hitokawame” and the second river Futakawame in order from the south. The town of people who settled on the side of the river flowing into the sea is called Kawame village, and it seems that they have been living in the fishing industry since the Edo period. Aomori Prefecture Kaisho Disaster Report (Materials related to the Meiji Sanriku Earthquake Tsunami): A version of the tsunami damage caused by the Meiji Sanriku Earthquake Tsunami that occurred on June 15, 1896. Fig. 3 Momoishi Village, Kamikita District, Aomori Prefecture section of village Hitokawame: A diagram of the misery of Kikujiro Yoshida’s mansion. Hitokawame’s Tokunaga Inari Shrine is still located in the same location. The stairs on the approach to the shrine are currently covered with soil, and although it is difficult to climb, the torii remains in its original position, and it seems that there is no difference in the angle and size of the roof of the shrine. The altitude difference between this shrine and Kikujiro Yoshida’s mansion is about 15 m. In the Great East Japan Earthquake, the area was flooded by about 0.8m, but it seems that there was tsunami damage higher than that in the past. Fig. 4 Momoishi Village, Kamikita District, Aomori section of village Hitokawame plebeian Suwa Yoshida, Yoshi, Hite, Onoi, Daitaro and plebeian Toki Aisaka, who died in the residential land of Yoshida. It is presumed to be Mr. Kikujiro Yoshida’s house in Fig. 3, but unfortunately it seems that the positional relationship could not be identified. There is a fence in the center of the screen, and it seems that no damage from the tsunami can be seen in the villages behind the screen. In addition, although rubble is drawn in the front of the screen, it is not drawn in the back, so it seems that the village in the back of the screen is a little high. Printed on July 30, 1896, published on August 5, 1896, author and publisher Toyonori Sakuma, and printer Takegoro Kondo. As an aside, Mr. Toshimi Suzuki, a barber in Hitokawame, Oirase Town, Kamikita District, who continues to make huge statues of fictitious humanoid robot weapons and mobile suits that appear in the popular anime “Mobile Suit Gundam” series, is in early August. , The 14th new work ”Sinanju” has been completed and will be released from around mid-August 2020. Until now, everything was from the Gundam series, but the next work is the first machine of “Neon Genesis Evangelion”, which will be the first challenge, has it already started production and completed? “Oirase Town” is located in the southeastern part of the prefecture and has a population of about 25,000. The Oirase River, which originates from Lake Towada in the south, flows into the Pacific Ocean. The average annual temperature is about 10.9 ℃, which is a cool climate. In winter, although the temperature is low, there is little rainfall and it is the region with the least snow in Aomori Prefecture. It seems that nature, agricultural land, commercial land, industrial land, and residential area are arranged in a well-balanced manner. Although the area (residential area 58.97 km2 population density (residential area) 4.11 ha) is small, it is the most populous town in the prefecture and has a high population density, enabling efficient administrative management and great development potential. Known as a town with. It is attractive to be working on various measures to create a town where it is easy to raise children. He visits all families with babies up to 4 months old and provides information and advice on parenting. It seems that there is an environment in which child-rearing families can live with peace of mind, such as free medical expenses for children, no waiting-list children in nursery schools, and extended childcare. Part of the kindergarten childcare fee for children after the third child is subsidized. For low-income earners, the entire amount of kindergarten childcare fees minus kindergarten enrollment incentives is subsidized. In addition, if there are three or more children under the age of 18, it seems that the childcare fee will be free if the third and subsequent children use the kindergarten, nursery school, certified childcare center, etc. that will shift to the new system. Since January 2019, the town has been making efforts to cover the entire school lunch fee as part of reducing the financial burden on parents and supporting child-rearing. In principle, use 5 after-school children’s clubs (3 directly managed by the town and 2 outsourced to the private sector) in the town for free. In addition, two after-school children’s classrooms in the town can be used free of charge. Extended childcare Including all 13 daycare centers, holiday childcare, temporary childcare business, community childcare support center, and post-illness childcare are carried out by the town consignment business. Subsidize part of the medical expenses covered by insurance for fathers or mothers of single-parent families and their children. However, there seems to be an income limit. A school bus is operated to secure transportation for some children who have difficulty commuting to school on foot, such as being far from school. We provide some assistance for school supplies to those who are in need of financial reasons to send their children to elementary and junior high school. Subsidize enrollment incentives for parents of children enrolled in kindergarten, depending on their income situation. A scholarship is lent to those who have excellent qualities but have difficulty in attending school due to financial reasons. Monthly fee, university / graduate school 40,000 yen, junior college / college / vocational school 30,000 yen, high school 10,000 yen. The redemption period seems to be full redemption (interest-free) from one year after the month of graduation to twice the loan period. Koyo / Shimoda Elementary School District Child-rearing generation settlement subsidy system, as one of the measures against population decline and declining birthrate and aging population, a subsidy is provided to households who have moved to the subsidized area in the town by acquiring a house or remodeling their parents’ home. Part of the cost is subsidized for the merged septic tank installed by individuals for the treatment of domestic wastewater outside the sewerage business licensed area. Unoccupied house bank There is a system that introduces information on unoccupied houses to those who wish to settle in the town, with information received from owners such as “I want to sell unoccupied houses” and “I want to rent unoccupied houses”. For the elderly, we subsidize vaccination costs for voluntary vaccination against seasonal influenza and pneumococcus. In addition, routine immunization is carried out for infants, children and students according to the Immunization Law. It seems that all basic medical examinations (refreshing adult medical examination, National Health Insurance specific medical examination, and late-stage elderly medical examination) can be taken free of charge. However, cancer screening is at your own expense. We are effectively continuing and expanding the “Issuance of Health Handbook”, “Health Education”, “Health Counseling”, “Health Examination”, and “Visit Guidance” based on the health promotion business. It also aims to foster district organizations and revitalize their activities. Hachinohe area cooperation for domestic patent applications, etc. Strategically for small and medium-sized enterprises in the central metropolitan area (Oirase Town, Hachinohe City, etc. 8 municipalities) by protecting intellectual property rights and developing new products and products Part of the cost is subsidized for the purpose of utilizing intellectual property and revitalizing the industry. Assistance to relatively small amount of machinery such as attachments for agricultural machinery to snow-resistant pipe houses to expand production of agricultural products in winter and farmers who are trying to save labor and expand farming. Part of the expenses related to environmental conservation efforts is subsidized for farmers who promote organic farming and low pesticide farming and carry out environmentally friendly farming. From the start of agriculture until the management stabilizes, it seems that the government funds (up to 1.5 million yen / year, up to 5 years) are provided to new farmers (under 50 years old in principle). In order to secure employment for workers within 3 years after graduation and involuntary turnover, new graduates are hired for business establishments in the town where these people are newly hired as regular workers (regular employees). If you do, you will receive an emergency employment incentive of 30,000 yen per month, and if you hire a non-voluntary employee, you will receive an emergency employment incentive of 20,000 yen per month. Factory location incentives are 100%, 80%, and 60% of the fixed asset tax amount over a three-year period. The employment promotion incentive is 110,000 yen per local employee once. I heard that the delivery will be the year after the operation. It is said that those who wish to start a business or those who have just started a business are providing “specific start-up support” so that they can acquire the four knowledge of management, finance, human resource development, and sales. In addition, it seems that businesses that receive this “specific start-up support” can receive various types of support, such as expanding special provisions for start-up-related guarantees. To conclude, there are two stations of Aoimori Railway Co., Ltd., which are surrounded by water and greenery, and can be reached by car at Misawa Airport, JR Hachinohe Station (Shinkansen), and Hachinohe Port Ferry. All of the terminals can be accessed within 30 minutes, making it highly convenient for commuting to work, school, and outings. In addition, although it is a northern country, there is little snowfall and it is a comfortable place to live in winter. Last but not least, the Oirase Gorge is said to have a vibrant landscape created by the flow of water with innumerable changes. The cliffs approaching both banks are called welded tuffs, which are formed by the accumulation of pumice stones and volcanic ash at high temperatures, and by heat and their own weight, and seem to bring power to the landscape of Oirase. Roadways and sidewalks are built along the mountain stream at almost the same height as the stream, and it seems that you can enjoy a different landscape from looking at the valley from the ridge or hillside road. The treetops of large trees cover the sky many times, and the walking path with green tunnels is divine. It is said that the 14 km journey, fascinated by the beauty of the forest, is a series of excitement. It seems that the flow of Asura is frequently introduced on TV, magazines, posters, etc. As the name suggests, the landscape created by the violently flowing water between the thick groves seems to be very masculine. I hear that people who draw pictures and take pictures are crowded all day long on holidays.Choshi large waterfall, the best waterfall over the main stream of the Oirase Gorge, is 7 m high and 20 m wide. It is a magnificent waterfall that sprays water with high sound. The water that flows down creates a large amount of fog, and the sunlight through the trees creates a number of streaks of light there. It is believed that it was created by the fault extending to the right of the waterfall and the influence of Kanzawa flowing from the left, which hindered the run-up of fish to Lake Towada and is also called the Uotome Waterfall. For that reason, it has been said for a long time that Lake Towada is not recommended for fish. The only waterfall on the main stream seems to be popular with many people. I hear that the fresh green of spring, the deep green of summer, the autumn leaves, and the icefall of winter are attractive in each of the four seasons. The water of Lake Towada seems to be used for multiple purposes such as agricultural water and power generation. It seems that the water that flows down the Oirase Gorge is actually controlled by the sluice gate of this child Noro for the purpose of “sightseeing discharge”. Due to the natural adjustment of running water by the lake from ancient times and the gentle slope of 1 m per 70 m, moss and shrubs grow on small rocks and fallen trees in the river, creating a unique and beautiful delicate landscape. It seems. In order to maintain this beautiful landscape, it seems that the locks are opened during the day to allow a certain amount of water to flow, and the locks are almost closed at night and in winter. Therefore, it seems that the amount of water flowing in from the tributaries of the mountain stream is the main one, and the water level also drops.

In many tomato producing areas nationwide, it seems that grafting is common to cut the roots of the original varieties and connect the disease-resistant varieties only to the roots in order to deal with soil diseases. By doing so, it seems that it will be easier to grow tomatoes that are resistant to diseases and have a good taste. However, it seems that there are basically many farmers in this area who do not do that and are cultivated by their own roots. And it seems that they are also researching whether there are varieties that are more resistant to diseases in the root part in various production areas. After all it is important to make good soil, and soil analysis is used for that purpose. Considering the health balance of the soil, it seems that it is possible to produce healthy crops.

It was born on March 1, 2006 by the merger of the former Momoishi Town and the former Shimoda Town, and celebrated its 10th anniversary on March 1, 2016. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, the “Oirase Town 10th Anniversary Ceremony” was held on November 1, 2015, aiming for the harmony of the townspeople and the further development and leap of the town. Furthermore, this year marks the 22nd anniversary.

The Statue of Liberty, the symbol of the town, was erected in 1990 using the Furusato Creation Grant because the former Momoishi Town is connected to New York City at 40 degrees 40 minutes north latitude. Height, 20.8 m (image 11.5 m, pedestal 7.0 m, stairs 2.3m) features, fantastic production by lighting up at night, nicknamed “Momo-chan” before the merger. On December 28, 2020, we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the construction, and in commemoration of that, we have realized a recoloring.
